Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Refunds will be given in the cases where we cannot ship the product for some unforeseen circumstance. Or in the case where we have not created the product before the refund is requested. If the item has been printed, created or in other ways started to be created a refund will not be issued. 

If the product is damaged or lost in shipment a refund or replacement may be issued after a verification is received from the shipment company. 

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS AFTER CUSTOMER SIGNS OFF ON THE FINAL DESIGN DOCUMENT. Any time billed on work to design custom orders will be subtracted from the refund amount. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
